services to you. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may share
nonpublic, personal information among other divisions of First Bank of Georgia, such as FB
Financial Services and First Bank Mortgage, so that they may
contact you to offer other products and services from among
the bank's full range of products and services. We maintain
physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply
with Federal standards to guard your nonpublic, personal
information, including the use of secure shred bins in all offices for disposal of this information.
If you decide to close your
account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will adhere to
the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice.
